Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Crockers & Brewsters. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms and Conditions"), including any additional terms referenced herein. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services. Crockers & Brewsters reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are encouraged to revisit this page periodically.

The term “Service” refers to all services offered by Crockers & Brewsters, including but not limited to all written content, images, user interface design, site layout, and any related materials or digital properties as made available through our platform.

You acknowledge and agree that Crockers & Brewsters may, at its discretion, pre-screen, refuse, or remove any project or user-submitted content that violates these Terms and Conditions. This includes content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, incites hate, or infringes upon the rights of others. Any illegal activity brought to our attention may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You also acknowledge that Crockers & Brewsters may access, preserve, and disclose your account or submitted content if required by law or if necessary to: (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) address claims involving third-party rights violations; (d) respond to customer service inquiries; or (e) protect our rights, property, or safety and that of our users or the public.

Crockers & Brewsters reserves the right to revise these Terms without notice. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly.

Eligibility, Access, Use, and Service

(a) Eligibility Requirements To register as a client, you must be at least 18 years old, agree to our Terms and Conditions and privacy policy, and complete the registration process. By registering, you confirm your eligibility and accuracy of information. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. We reserve the right to accept or reject registrations at our sole discretion.

(b) Authorized Use Registered users may use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may submit project briefs and view content as part of your engagement. You may (i) access the site from your internet-enabled device and (ii) print limited portions of the content for personal use, provided it meets fair use standards under U.S. law.

(c) Prohibited Use Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from our content. You may not upload or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property. Tampering with site security, using unauthorized devices or software to access the site, or attempting to reverse engineer any part of the service is strictly prohibited.

(d) Site Security You may not interfere with or breach the Website’s security. This includes unauthorized access attempts, denial-of-service attacks, email spamming, virus deployment, or falsification of digital headers. Violations may result in legal action. Crockers & Brewsters reserves the right to review and remove any content and terminate access if violations occur.

(e) Website Availability We are not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions in service. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We may modify site features or functionality without notice. Crockers & Brewsters is not responsible for any losses arising from such changes or outages.

Refund, Cancellation, and Tax Policy

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • You selected a discounted or custom package.
  • The project has been conceptually approved.
  • Revision requests were submitted.
  • The cancellation is not related to service dissatisfaction.
  • We received no communication for over two weeks.
  • Policy violations occurred.
  • Another provider was engaged for the same project.
  • Your project brief lacked critical information.
  • A full design overhaul was requested.
  • The refund request was submitted outside the valid period.
  • Your business has changed name or is closing.
  • The reason for cancellation is unrelated to our performance.
  • You purchased a bundle and are dissatisfied with a single service.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
  • Services such as SEO, social media, web hosting, or domain registration are non-refundable.
  • A web design was approved and development started.
  • The contract was signed and not canceled within 24 hours.

Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process. Orders canceled within 7 days must present valid reasons; fees apply—15% if canceled within 24 hours, 25% thereafter. Cancellations must be submitted through official support channels.

All communication must occur via the registered email. If no client response is received after three email attempts across seven business days, the project will be marked as approved, and no refund will be processed. Unresponsiveness for 10 consecutive days voids refund eligibility.

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex (processed via bank merchant services), PayPal, company checks, or bank transfers. Crockers & Brewsters does not store payment card details and complies with security protocols. All pricing excludes applicable taxes.

Money-Back Guarantee and Exclusions

Our money-back guarantee applies only to select book design packages. Once a design is approved or further revisions are requested, the guarantee is void—but our 100% satisfaction policy ensures continued revisions until you are satisfied.

Clients must provide constructive feedback for meaningful revisions. Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., ordering from multiple providers and requesting refunds) is grounds for refusal of service. The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Content writing
  • SEO and marketing services
  • Telephone or publication services
  • Agencies or third-party commissioned projects

Any initial design concepts remain the intellectual property of Crockers & Brewsters unless payment is completed in full.
